Bacon Pancakes
- 12 - Slices of bacon
- - Enough of your favorite pancake recipe to make 14-18 pancakes
Maple Bourbon Butter
- 4 tablespoons - Cody Road Maple Bourbon
- 1 cup - Maple Syrup
- 16 tablespoons - Butter

Directions
- Fry the bacon until very crisp. Blot dry on clean paper towels. Chop the bacon into small crumbles.
- Make the pancake batter.
- Place the batter on a hot greased griddle and sprinkle the bacon bits over the wet side of the pancake. Flip when the bottom is set.
- Serve with the Maple Bourbon Butter and syrup.
