Marinade
  • 1/4 cup - Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup - Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon - Minced Shallot
  • 1 teaspoons - Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  • 3 - Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 pound - Mixed Heirloom Tomatoes, Cut Into 1-Inch-Thick Wedges

Directions
